Flash Gordon wins Miami Grand Prix
Helmut and Evan Jahn's Flash Gordon entered the final day of racing 1 point out of first place behind Goombay Smash,but took the first race of the day and finished fifth in the 10th race and last of the series to take overall honors for the week.
Massimo Mezzaroma's Nerone had finishes of 2nd and 1st, which left them one place out of first, but was good enough to win the combined Florida Gran Prix.
